thousands of uses.  The case is 22 mil surgical vinyl,  Inside is a sodium
based solution that when frozen down to -30 degrees stays flexible.  

When using for pain relief wrap the ColdShotz® Reusable Ice Pack  in a
towel to protect your skin.  Do not apply cold to the area longer than 20
minutes. Always follow your Doctors instruction.
